Pizza luce was born from a simple obsession: making the most honest, most craveable pizza in Minnesota. It started in a modest kitchen in Roseville, where our founder Marco Vitale spent years perfecting dough recipes handed down through three generations of his family in Naples, Italy.
What began as a neighborhood secret quickly became a community staple. Word spread fast that something truly special was happening at the corner of Snelling Avenue — pizzas with crispy, blistered crusts, sauce made from San Marzano tomatoes, and toppings sourced directly from local farms and artisan producers.
Today, Pizza luce is more than a restaurant. It's a gathering place where families celebrate, friends reconnect, and every guest is treated like part of our story. We've grown, but we've never lost sight of what made us who we are: real ingredients, real craft, and a real love for this community.
